Resilient Holland

The Resilient Holland land use and community development project resulted in a new master plan for the City of Holland. The master plan was developed through an extensive civic engagement process. Among other things, the master plan addressed ways to extend and expand upon many of the resilient activities already underway in the city, including energy projects and green infrastructure. In addition to the master plan, a full-scale design charrette was conducted with the City and neighboring Holland Township around the Washington Street and Chicago Drive corridors. Videos helped to capture public opinion and document the planning process.
