Resilient Port Austin

The Village of Port Austin and Port Austin Township are both updating their master plans to become a more resilient community. Their master plans will act as "blueprints" to guide local policies and initiatives aimed at reducing the effects of shocks and stressors that many places in Michigan are already experiencing as they relate to climate change and shifts in economies. Residents are encouraged to attend all public meetings to give their input on Port Austin's vision for the future and what they would like to see preserved, improved and created in their community.
