Resilient St. Joseph

The Resilient St. Joseph land use and community development project resulted in a new master plan for the City of St. Joseph. The master plan was developed through robust civic engagement and a citizen-led planning effort. Among other things, the master plan addressed future development plans and resilience considerations for beachfront neighborhoods and the inner harbor area.
